RigIt Direct
Quote more enquiries,
without more estimators.
A branded quoting journey on your own website. Suitable enquiries are priced from your rate card the moment they arrive, day or night. Everything else reaches your estimator already scoped.
For UK scaffolding companies looking to reduce costs by offering instant estimates

Quoting capacity is what limits most scaffolding firms.
Not demand, and not people on the tools. The work arrives faster than a small number of experienced people can price it, and the gap between the two is where jobs are lost.
Enquiries arrive when nobody can quote
Evenings, weekends, and the middle of a site visit. The enquiry waits for an estimator, and the customer does not.
Estimators repeat the same work
A large share of quoting is the same measuring and takeoff on similar jobs — done by the people you can least afford to have doing it.
You cannot take on more without more office staff
Quoting capacity, not demand, sets the ceiling. Growing means recruiting into the office, which is slow and hard to reverse.
Nobody can see how quoting is performing
How long quotes actually take, which convert, and what is sitting unanswered is rarely visible until it shows up in the numbers.
What happens when an enquiry arrives
- 01
Your customer enters the address
On your website. The property is modelled from Ordnance Survey building data.
- 02
They describe the job
Against a real 3D view of their building — which elevations, how many lifts, how long.
- 03
Suitable jobs are priced immediately
From your rate card. Anything outside your rules is passed to your estimator instead of guessed at.
- 04
You get a scoped enquiry
The property, the scaffold, the price shown and their preferred dates — by email and text.
It prices your way, or it does not price at all
The objection we hear first is that automated pricing will undercut the job. It cannot price anything you have not configured — there is no default rate card.
Your rates, not our estimate
Labour, hire, access, extras, minimums — per depot, and versioned so you can see what changed and when.
Consistent every time
The same job is priced the same way regardless of who is on, or whether anyone is on at all.
It refuses rather than guesses
Jobs outside your rules are not forced into a number. They go to your estimator with everything the customer entered.
Your brand, your domain
Your logo and colours throughout, on your own domain or embedded in the site you already have.
Before you buy anything
We measure what quoting costs you today
We are not going to tell you what you will save. We do not know your business yet, and a number invented before that conversation is worth nothing to either of us.
So the first session is a quoting review. We record where your time and your lost work actually go, and you get that picture whether or not you go any further with us.
Book a demoWhat we establish together
- Quote volume, and how many enquiries never reach a quote at all
- Average preparation time for a simple quote and a complex one
- Who quotes, how many of them, and the loaded hourly cost
- Current quote-to-job conversion, and response time to an enquiry
- Average job value and contribution per job
- What is sitting outstanding, and what it is worth
Every figure is recorded with its source and how confident you are in it. Where a number is your estimate rather than something your system reports, it says so — and the business case we build is the conservative one.
Then we check it against the same measures
Your baseline is stored and compared at 30, 60 and 90 days: quotes generated, time to quote, conversion, jobs won, and what is still outstanding. You get that review whether the numbers flatter us or not.
What was directly measured is shown separately from what you told us and what we modelled. If it is not doing what we said it would, that is visible to you first.
Questions we get asked
Is this the same as RigIt Marketplace?
No. They are independent products. Direct is your own branded quoting journey on your own website, and your customers are never shown another scaffolding company. Marketplace is a separate consumer service. Using one does not require the other.
What happens to jobs that are too complex to price?
They are not forced into a number. Your rate card defines what Direct will and will not price, and anything outside those rules is passed to your estimator with the address, the 3D model and everything the customer entered. Your team keeps the work that needs judgement.
Does this replace a site survey?
No. Prices shown are indicative and subject to your survey, and the wording says so on every estimate. You remain the pricing authority.
Will it undercut what we would have charged?
It cannot price anything you have not configured. There is no default rate card and no benchmark — if a rate is not set, that work is not priced automatically.
How do we know whether it is working?
Your baseline is recorded before launch and compared against the same measures at 30, 60 and 90 days — quote volume, time to quote, conversion and outstanding value. Timestamps and outcomes are recorded automatically, and what was measured is reported separately from what you told us and what we modelled.
What does implementation involve on our side?
A working session to capture your rates and rules, a review of the customer journey before anything is public, and the DNS change to put it on your domain. We can tell you the current timeframe on the call.
Looking for scaffolding for a project?
RigIt Marketplace helps you plan your scaffold and find suppliers for the job.
Start with the numbers you already have
